Your appointment is at Washington State Fairgrounds, Blue Lot, 110 9th Ave. SW, Puyallup.

We don’t give vaccines at the Health Department building.

Make these preparations to help your appointment go smoothly.

Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Use the 10th Avenue blue lot entrance.
• Wear short sleeves.
• Leave pets at home. Service animals are allowed.

Vaccine events are very busy! Plan to wait for 1-3 hours. 

• Make sure your vehicle has enough gas. 
• Bring water and snacks.
• Portable toilets will be available for use.
• Your health and safety are our top priority. After you get vaccine, we will monitor you for 15-30 minutes for an adverse reaction.
