Program Updates

Congratulations on getting through the contracting process with us!  We have had the privilege of participating in some of your events and they have been information packed.  Thank you for all you do to support businesses and expand their capacity.

Help us advance your service by sending us fliers and dates as soon as possible so that we may co-promote your events and work through our network, website and social media outlets.

Reporting Deadlines & Reminders

Thank you for submitting your Quarter 1 & 2 reports.  If you have not yet done this, please do so by December 31, 2021. 

We are now entering Quarter 3 and your service training and planning schedules are due January 14, 2021 to ocoleman@cityoftacoma.org.  I am happy to meet with the designated Project Manager for your organization as often as desired to support confidence with the reporting.  I do apologize that this timeline has been a slow development.  As I am better oriented, I promise to keep you updated as much as is possible.

What to Expect From Ariba

For those of you pending invoice upload or experiencing any technical issues related to your Ariba account, plese contact Alex Anthony aanthony@cityoftacoma.org, for technical support and walk-through on next steps for your Ariba account. 

If you have already invoiced and its been more than 30net days without having seen payment, please contact me so we can resolve the matter as soon as is possible.
