The plan identifies priorities and guides investment decisions, funding from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) entitlement programs, and federal grant spending to focus on areas with the greatest need. Per the city’s agreement with Spokane County, an annual set-aside for Spokane Valley is established every year, and in 2023, this allocation was $780,596. Help inform how future funds will be used over the next five years in Spokane Valley by taking a 9-question survey.
