The current sidewalk closure on the north side of S Grady Way from Lake Ave S to Rainer Ave S and on the east side of Rainier Ave S between S Grady Way and S 7th St will remain in place through August 2027 (see map). The current pedestrian detour will not change.

The new Renton Transit Center is a key feature in the Stride S1 bus rapid transit system and is set to open in 2028.
