Longterm sidewalk closure
Starting April 14, the sidewalk in front of 6744 and 6722 NE Bothell Way in Kenmore (formerly Fix-It Auto and Jiffy Lube) will be closed to pedestrian access. This closure will last through September 2026.
Pedestrians will need to use an alternative route.
The map displays the ADA-compliant detour, which is relatively flat. Pedestrians are welcome to take an alternate way if they do not need a flat route.
Eastbound ADA pedestrian detour:
Pedestrians will cross SR-522 (Bothell Way) at the 61st Ave NE intersection and follow detour signs to the 68th Ave NE intersection where they can cross back over to the northern sidewalk.
Westbound ADA pedestrian detour:
Pedestrians will cross SR-522 (Bothell Way) at the 68th Ave NE intersection and follow detour signs to the 61st Ave NE intersection where they can cross back over to the northern sidewalk.
