Continued closure of eastbound NE 130th St and utility work closure
Monday, Feb. 2, Seattle City Light will be conducting utility work requiring the closure of the right turn lane at the intersection of Roosevelt Way NE and 5th Ave NE, limiting access to eastbound Roosevelt Way NE from 5th Ave Eastbound NE 130th St will remain closed through the end of March, depending on weather and availability of crew and materials. This work has been extended due to weather constraints and utility conflicts. Westbound NE 130th St over the I-5 overpass will remain open. See maps for closure and detour information.

Closure of eastbound Roosevelt Way NE from 5th Ave NE due to utility work, and continued closure of eastbound NE 130th St. Residents should expect construction noise from this work, including saw cutting and hydro excavation.

- Eastbound Roosevelt Way NE will be closed on Monday, Feb. 2 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Eastbound NE 130th St will remain closed through March with the possibility of extension.
