Nighttime lane closure on westbound S 272nd St
What
- Sound Transit’s contractors will close both lanes of westbound S 272nd St, where it meets Pacific Highway S, at night starting on Monday, July 21, for nine days. This closure is for expanding the right lane on S 272nd St. Daytime construction further along S 272nd St as it meets Pacific Highway S will continue during this time. Please follow all signed directions and drive carefully.
When
- Closure will occur from Monday, July 21* through July 30*.
- We will end the closure at the end of each workday and reset the following morning.*
- Night work will occur between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.*

More
- Crews will maintain residential access.
- Flaggers will be present.
- Crews will work to reduce noise when possible, while using cranes, trucks, and other heavy equipment.
