Nighttime closures on Northbound SR-99 and Eastbound Kent Des Moines Road
What
- Beginning on May 19, Sound Transit’s contractors will conduct night-time lane closures on northbound SR-99 and eastbound Kent Des Moines Road. This closure is necessary to complete demolition activities for the Federal Way Link Extension.

Nighttime closures will occur from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.*

Beginning on Monday night, May 19, and continue for three nights
*Times and dates are tentative and subject to change.

- Crews will work to reduce noise when possible.
- Driveaway access will be maintained.
- Trucks and other heavy equipment will be used.
