Survey extended: Help name our new infill station at NE 130th St!
Thank you to everyone who has already taken the time to fill out our survey. If you missed the chance to share your thoughts earlier this month, we’ve extended the deadline for feedback to Dec. 23!
We’re considering names for the new infill light rail station at NE 130th St, and we’d love to hear what you think. Station naming is an important consideration at Sound Transit as we prepare to open dozens of new stations in the coming years. This survey seeks your feedback on naming options for the new station along the 1 Line to Lynnwood, which is expected to open in 2026.

In the survey, you’ll be asked to rate these options and more based on Sound Transit’s station-naming criteria. We’ll then ask about your preferences.
Your feedback will help guide the decision-making process, as Sound Transit staff will use it to inform the final recommendation to the Sound Transit Board. The Board will choose the official station name in Q1 2025.
