Platform Modification (Extended Pedestrian Path Closure)
What
- Sound Transit’s contractor will extend the closure of the temporary pedestrian path at Sumner Station connecting the platform’s southern end to McKinnon Avenue for up to six weeks.
- The contractor is building the foundations for the new parking garage and needs additional space to work.
- We will post cones and signage on the platform’s southern end to direct riders on and off the last train car.
