Weekend closure of S 317th Street roundabout and I-5 HOV direct access ramps

Sound Transit’s contractors will close the roundabout at S 317th St and 28th Ave S, along with the northbound and southbound I-5 HOV direct access ramps, for two weekends for drainage work and roadway paving. There will also be a partial closure and flagging operations the week before. Please follow the posted detours and drive carefully.

Weekend closure will take place over the following weekends:

10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18 until 5 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 21.

10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25 until 5 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 28.

Weekday flagging operations before and following the closures will occur from 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14* to 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18* through the first and second closures.
