Night closure of NE 145th St to northbound I-5 on-ramp
Starting Wednesday, Sept. 4, Sound Transit will be performing nighttime closures of the NE 145th St to northbound I-5 on-ramp and the right lane of northbound I-5. Crews will be installing a guardrail and signage. This work is part of the Lynnwood Link Extension.
What

Northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE 145th St and northbound I-5 right lane between NE 145th St and NE 151st St will be closed. Detour route is in place for drivers via NE 175th St (see map).

Crews will work at night to minimize effects on traffic.

Residents should expect construction noise from equipment such as an excavator, trucks and trailers, a vacuum truck, an auger truck, light plants, and various hand tools.

If there are work delays, we will schedule additional closures and residents will receive a new flyer.
