Starting Sunday, July 21, Sound Transit will close the left lane of the northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE 145th St for shoulder restoration. The HOV lane will be open to all traffic during work hours. This work is part of the Lynnwood Link Extension. 

What: 

• The left lane of northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE 145th St will be closed. HOV lane will open to all traffic during work hours (see map). 

• Crews will work at night due to restricted hours for I-5 ramp closures. 

• Residents should expect construction noise from heavy equipment and vehicles. 

• If the work is delayed, we will schedule additional closures and residents will receive a new flyer. 

• Some bus routes may be affected. Please check the King County Metro website for details.
