Rescheduled: NE 185th St closed for new right-of-way alignment striping
This work was initially scheduled for Friday, May 31, through Sunday, June 2, but due to unfavorable weather conditions, it will be moved to a later date. More details to come in the coming days. Sound Transit will be performing a weekend road closure of NE 185th St from 5th Ave NE to 8th Ave NE for striping of the new NE 185th St right-of-way alignment. The work is part of the Lynnwood Link Extension.

Closure of NE 185th St from 5th Ave NE to 8th Ave NE will remain in place for 48 hours to complete the work. Detour routes are in place for drivers (see map).

Local access will be provided to residents that live within the road closure limits.

Residents should expect construction noise from equipment being operated with louder noise such as an MMA truck, a thermoplastic truck, a paint truck, a hydro blaster, an air compressor, a generator, and light plants.
