Today, Sound Transit launched its Passenger Experience Survey, which seeks to evaluate how passengers view all of Sound Transit’s services.
Help us understand how we are performing in vital areas like safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and passenger care. We prioritize engaging a wide audience, reaching passengers from various backgrounds, age groups, and experiences. This inclusivity enriches our data, enabling us to make well-informed decisions that benefit all passengers we serve.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and will remain open through Wednesday, November 22. Participants are eligible to be entered in a raffle for one of four $250 gift cards or one of 15 gift cards valued at $100.
