Closure of Alderwood Mall Boulevard

As early as Friday, April 28, Sound Transit’s contractor will begin work on utility crossings at Alderwood Mall Boulevard. As a result, the road will be closed between 44^th Ave W and 40^th Ave W from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. during the week. Access to local businesses will be maintained. Detours will be provided (see map).

What to know:

• Closure of Alderwood Mall Blvd between 44^th Ave W and 40^th Ave W.

When:

• Friday, April 28 – Friday, May 19, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (excluding weekends).

Where:

• Alderwood Mall Blvd, between 44^th Ave W and 40^th Ave W.

More:

• Plan ahead — give yourself extra time to reach your destination.
• Businesses will remain open; access will be provided on surrounding streets.
• Local access on Alderwood Mall Blvd will be provided for those outside of the active work zone.
