As early as Thursday, April 20, Sound Transit will be closing both directions of NE 175th St. from 5th Ave NE to the I-5 underpass, including the closure of both NE 175th St. to northbound I-5 on and off-ramps. The street will be closed so Sound Transit can build guideways as part of the Lynnwood Link Extension.
What to know:
- Road and ramps will be closed. Detour routes are in place for drivers (see map).
- Local access will be maintained for residents.
- Residents should expect noise from heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Emergency vehicles will still have access to this intersection.
When:
- Thursday, April 20, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.
Where:
- NE 175th St. at intersection with northbound I-5 ramps.
- NE 175th St. to northbound I-5 on and off-ramps.
