As early as Monday, March 27, Sound Transit will perform night work that will include the closure of northbound I-5 on- and off-ramps at NE 107th Street and northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE Northgate Way for guardrail installation, landscaping and bridge work. This work is part of the Lynnwood Link Extension.
What To Know:
- Northbound I-5 on- and off-ramps at NE 107th St. and northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE Northgate Way will be closed. Detour routes are in place for drivers (see maps).
- Crews will work at night to minimize effects on traffic.
- Crews will be using heavy equipment and cranes. Neighbors should expect typical construction noises.
- If the work is delayed, additional ramp closures will be scheduled, and a new flyer will be provided to residents.
When:
- Northbound I-5 off-ramp to NE 107th St.
- Monday, March 27, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.
- Northbound I-5 on-ramp at NE 107th St.
- Tuesday, March 28, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.
- Northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE Northgate Way.
- Wednesday, March 29, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.
- Monday, April 3, through Wednesday, April 5, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following mornings.
