As early as Nov. 7, Sound Transit will close Northbound 5th Ave, from NE 145th Street to NE 148th Street, for utility work. This work is part of the future Lynnwood Link Extension project.
What:
- Sound Transit will be performing this work at night to reduce the effects on traffic.
- Local access will be provided to residents located inside the road closure area on 5th Ave NE.
- Work may involve typical noise and vibration activities to adjacent neighbors.
- The construction will take four working nights to complete. If the work is delayed, or takes longer than expected, more road closures will be scheduled and a new flyer will be distributed.
When:
- Nov. 7-10, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Where:
- 5th Ave from NE 145th Street to NE 148th Street.
- Detour routes are in place (see map).
