Southbound On-Ramp HOV Lane Closure at NE 130th St.

As part of the Lynnwood Link Extension Project, Sound Transit will close the NE 130th St. southbound I-5 HOV lane on-ramp starting at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6th. The closure is in effect until 5:00a.m. Friday, September 9th.

What:

  • The Northeast 130th on-ramp HOV lane on southbound I-5 will be closed.
  • Work involves heavy equipment with typical noise and vibration from construction.
  • Detour signs will be in place for drivers to re-route.

When:

  • As early as Tuesday night, September 6th to Friday morning, September 9th.
  • Work hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Where:

  • Northeast 130th St. southbound I-5 on-ramp HOV lane.
  • HOV lane closure at southbound I-5 from Northgate Way to Northeast 130th St.
