As early as Tuesday, September 6th, Sound Transit will be closing both Northgate Way northbound I-5 on-ramps. Work hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
What:
- On-ramp will be closed. Detour routes are in place for drivers. (See map)
- Crews will be working at night to minimize traffic impacts.
- Crews will be working to mobilize heavy equipment and cranes.
- Neighbors should expect construction noises.
When:
- Tuesday night, September 6th, to Thursday Morning, September 8th.
- Work hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.

- Northgate Way at NB to I-5 on-ramp.
