Sunday, July 24th, Sound Transit will be closing both directions of NE 175th Street from 5th Ave NE to the I-5 underpass, including the closure of both NE 175th Street to Northbound I-5 on & off-ramps. The closure will be utilized for guideway construction as part of the Light Rail Lynnwood Link Extension project.
What:
- Road & ramps will be closed, detour routes are in place for drivers. (See map)
- Local access will be maintained for residents.
- Residents should expect noise from heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Will consist of (1) working night to complete work, yet multiple contingency nights have been added, in the case that the work becomes delayed
When:
- Sunday night, July 24th, to Monday Morning, July 25th
- Work hours are from 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m. the following morning
Where:
- NE 175th Street at NB I-5 ramps Intersection.
- NE 175th Street to NB I-5 on & off-ramps.
