Interurban Trail work area: flaggers will be in the area to direct traffic

Interurban Trail Construction

As early as June 20, Sound Transit’s contractor will be working at the Interurban Trail near 44th Ave W to complete stream construction. Work will be conducted at night from June 20 – June 24, from 7 PM – 3 AM, and there will be flaggers to direct bike and pedestrian traffic. Work will be conducted during the day from June 27 – July 1, during which there may be brief flagging operations across the trail to transport equipment. Please see the map for the construction zone.

What

Construction activity on the Interurban Trail that may disrupt pedestrian traffic.

When

Evening work will take place June 20-24, 7 PM – 3 AM. Daytime work will take place June 27- July 1, during normal business hours. Flaggers will be on site to safely escort pedestrians and bikers
