As early as Monday, June 6th, Sound Transit will begin closing the northbound lane on 5th Ave from NE 145th Street to NE 148th Street for utility work. This work is part of the future Lynnwood Link Extension link light rail project.
What
- Sound Transit will be doing this work at night to reduce traffic impacts.
- Work may involve typical noise and vibration activities to adjacent neighbors.
- 5th Ave will be open to southbound traffic only.
When
- Monday, June 6th, to Friday morning, June 10th.
- Work hours from 9:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.
Where
- 5th Ave from NE 145th Street to NE 148th Street.
- Detour routes are in place (see map).
