 On ramps from SR104 EB and WB to I-5 N, and off ramp to 236th St SW closed, detours shown above
As early as Sunday, April 17 through Thursday, April 21, excluding Wednesday, April 20, Sound Transit’s contractor will work at the SR 104 and I-5 Interchange and the 236th St SW off ramp for the removal of falsework along I-5. In order to complete this work, the on ramp from westbound SR 104 to I-5 north and the on ramp from eastbound SR 104 to I-5 north will be closed from 9 PM - 4:30 AM. The off ramp from I-5 north to 236th St SW will be closed as well from 9 PM – 4:30 AM. This closure is associated with the 2 right lane closures on I-5 northbound. The contractor has obtained a temporary noise variance to complete this work.
What
- Removal of falsework will require the closure of the on ramps from both westbound and eastbound SR 104 to I-5 N, as well as the off ramp from I-5 north to 236th St SW
