Beginning as early as Monday, March 21st, Sound Transit’s contractors will be closing Northeast 60th Street to vehicle traffic for approximately 6 months. NE 60th Street will be closed to vehicle traffic so that crews can build the future light rail line underneath NE 60th Street, at ground level, as it heads north towards Downtown Redmond.
Pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be maintained via a temporary ramp. Please see the maps above for the detour route and pedestrian access.
