Construction map for Northeast 103rd Street full closure and on-ramp/off-ramp closure, Lynnwood Link Extension

Extended night closures at 1st Ave NE between Northgate Way and NE 103rd Street; NE 107th ramp closures

This work is being extended to December 2nd. Sound Transit will be closing lanes at 1st Ave NE between Northgate Way and NE 103rd Street. In addition, both NE 107th on-ramp and off-ramp will be closed at NE 107th. The closure will be utilized to work on the guideway for the Lynnwood Link Extension project.

What

  • Northbound I-5 on-ramp and off-ramp at NE 107th Street will be closed.
  • Full closure of 1st Ave NE between Northgate way and NE 103rd Street

When

  • Extended work will be from Monday, Nov. 29th to Thursday, Dec. 2nd.
  • Night construction work hours are from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Where

  • Access will be maintained for local residents.
  • See map for suggested detour routes and construction impact area.
  • 1st Ave NE between Northgate way and NE 103rd Street.
  • Northbound I-5 on-ramp and off-ramp at NE 107th Street.
