Early community engagement ahead of key decisions helps us plan and design a system that reflects the needs and desires of your neighborhood.
The Everett Link Extension team is hosting the first series of virtual public meetings via Zoom next Wednesday, Nov. 17 and Thursday, Nov. 18. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the alternatives development process and get to know Sound Transit’s project team, as Everett Link Extension picks up speed in the coming years. Attendees will get a first-hand look at potential routes and station locations we’re studying, hear about how to share your input on potential locations and how to stay involved as the project progresses.
Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 12 - 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 18, from 6 - 7:30 p.m.
No pre-registration is required to attend the virtual public meetings; simply click on the pink buttons above to be directed to your preferred meeting. The same information will be presented at both meetings. We plan to have live closed captioning and interpretation in American Sign Language, Spanish, Korean and Russian at these meetings. You can also contact us at everettlink@soundtransit.org or 206-370-5533 to let us know about your accessibility needs in advance. If you are unable to join one of the virtual public meetings, you can watch the pre-recorded presentation to learn more about the representative project and other potential alternatives we’re studying.
We are currently in early scoping and collecting input on potential routes, station locations, and a new operations and maintenance facility (OMF) location. Early scoping is one of the first opportunities you will have to help us better understand your community, places of local importance and potential environmental concerns related to the project. Your input early on is crucial to the project’s success and we want to hear your thoughts! Comments may be submitted online by visiting our interactive website, emailing everettlinkcomments@soundtransit.org, leaving a voicemail at (888) 512-8599 or by mail:
Sound Transit Kathy Fendt 401 S. Jackson St. Seattle, WA 98104
