Construction map for Northeast 103rd Street closure, Lynnwood Link Extension

Night closures at 1st Ave NE between NE 103rd Street to NE 107th Street.

As early as Monday, August 23rd, Sound Transit will be closing lanes at 1st Ave between NE 103rd Street to NE 107th Street. The roads will be closed for rail delivery as part of the Lynnwood Link Extension guideway construction.

What

  • Drivers should expect traffic delays.
  • Work includes typical construction noises from operating vehicles and machinery.

When

  • Monday night, Aug. 23rd to Wednesday morning, Aug. 25th.
  • Work hours from 11:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.

Where

  • Full closure of 1st Ave NE between NE 103rd Street and NE 107th Street only.
  • Both NE 107 on-ramp and off-ramp will remain open
