Ridgecrest Park fully re-open to the public

Sound Transit is re-opening Ridgecrest Park after partially closing it for guideway construction for the future link light rail that is part of the Lynnwood Link Extension project.

What

Some of the improvements Sound Transit’s contractor has made to Ridgecrest Park are:

  • New paved and striped parking lot
  • Pedestrian foot path is paved.
  • Added 250 cubic yards of top soil.
  • Light poles installed. 
  • 11 trees and 380 shrubs planted. 

Additional restoration will occur after completion of guideway. 

When

Ridgecrest Park new parking lot is open as of April 29, 2021.
