News from the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update Team

Good morning,

We are writing to remind you that the Snohomish County Council will resume the public hearing on the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update on Wednesday, December 4^th at 10:30 a.m. The agenda is available here, and the meeting has been posted to council's online meeting calendar webpage.

For background on the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update adoption schedule (mentioned in our last newsletter), the County Council public hearing began on August 19^th (recording). The hearing was first continued to September 11^th (recording), again to October 2^nd (recording and minutes), and now to December 4^th.

Details on the latest amendments under consideration can be found in the minutes from the October 2^nd hearing.

The record remains open to provide public comment to the Council about the Comprehensive Plan in person at the hearing, or via email to Contact.Council@co.snohomish.wa.us.
