Construction on Beverly Park Rd to Begin Mid-July

About the Project
As part of Phase Two of the Lake Serene project, Snohomish County Public Works is replacing the existing drainage conveyance system between Serene Way and Beverly Park Rd. In-stream channel work will also occur to improve drainage and reduce stream erosion.

Construction Details

  • Construction will begin in mid-July and should be completed by the end of August.
  • Crews will be working approximately Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Upcoming Closure
A full road closure on Beverly Park Rd at 138th Pl SW is planned for early August. The closure will last for up to ten days. Local access from the north only, will be granted for those needing access to 138th Pl SW. A detour route will be available (see below). Once dates are determined, signs will be posted near the closure and sent via email.
