Lake Stickney Community Park
After
years of work, both visible and behind the scenes, the Lake Stickney
Community Park was recognized with a ribbon cutting on June 6,
2018. While portions of the 24.5 acre
park have been open during development, the play area and other amenities were
celebrated by county officials, Parks Department staff and many of the community members that have been such a vital and supportive part of bringing this park
to fruition.
