Required Training Notifications Are Turned Off in AgLearn
You may have noticed the AgLearn site down for review of course materials several times in the last couple of months -- it is now back up and running, but you'll find that most mandatory training assignments are no longer required.
The key remaining assignment is the Information Security Awareness (ISA) Training. Failure to complete this training annually will result in you getting locked out of your account!
What does that mean for you? As of now, you will not receive email reminders when your Information Security Awareness (ISA) training is due. Please keep an eye on your mandatory training link in AgLearn so you know when your due date is approaching: https://aglearn.usda.gov/totara/program/required.php. This link shows mandatory training that is due soon or overdue. To view due dates that are not in the near future, click on the "Record of Learning" in the top menu bar, then the "Certifications" tab.
The due date for this course works on a rolling annual deadline, so your due date may not be the same as your co-workers.
Once you identify your due date, it might be helpful for you to also put a recurring reminder on your Outlook calendar to notify you when you are due for this course.
Hopefully Team AgLearn will be able to turn these notifications back on at some point in the future. We will let you know if/when that's done. Thank you!
