VSP capital cost-share funding round open: Applications due into CPDS by Jan. 28
-
Please review all VSP Capital projects entered into CPDS to make sure they are not marked "ready for funding" unless you intend to submit them in this round.
-
Please make sure all proposals are approved by your workgroup.
-
Revisit the Program Funding Guidelines (beginning on pg. 7) to see capital cost-share requirements and criteria. We may extend the review decision dates by a week to allow for better communication with applicants.
-
Project proposals are due into CPDS on Jan. 28, 2025. Please contact Sarah Wilcox if you have submitted a project into CPDS.
-
Projects must be completed by June 30, 2025.
Do you have awarded projects that will not be able to be completed?
Please submit all returned funds forms for any cancelled projects and completed projects with unused funds. Thank you again to those who have returned unused funds.
District Implemented Project (DIP) close out form
SCC has developed a DIP close out form to make tracking the close out of DIP projects easier. When the district has incurred the final expenses for the project and it is complete, please fill out the form and include it with the monthly voucher.
Please remember to also complete the close out tab in CPDS for each BMP that has been completed.
You may find the link to the DIP close out form on the VSP website under Billing or under the Grants, Contracts, and Finance section of SCC's website under the Grants & Vouchers tab.

**Register for the Zoom Link.
Save the dates: 2025 Joint Technical Panel & Statewide Advisory Committee meetings
This year's meetings will focus on 10-year reporting. Most meetings will be held regionally, in-person and with an online option. Two general meetings focusing on overall reporting and topics as needed will be held only online. See schedule above or visit VSP meetings.
We have reserved time on agendas for counties based upon region and also in consideration of 10-yr reporting deadlines (should be fairly similar to draft we shared in fall). If your county wishes to reserve time at a different date than currently scheduled, please contact Mike.
VSP reporting dates in 2025 - 2026
The VSP statute sets two main reporting requirements during the implementation of an approved VSP work plan: a two-year status report at the end of each biennium, and a five-year review and evaluation report. These reports are due based on when a county received funding. This year began the 10-year mark for five-year reports; therefore, these reports are often referred to as 10-year reports.
This coming year counties will have:
-
Two-year report due by Aug. 30, 2025. All counties have the same due date.
-
10-year report: Reporting deadlines for 25 remaining counties run from Nov. 2025 - May 2026. View your county's date here.
VSP event calendar
The VSP calendar tool is available to share meetings and events. Depending on your calendar software, you may need to "turn on calendar" or drag/copy meetings over to be added.
