Together, we will assess current and potential priorities and how they might be supported in a future-focused 2025-2027 biennial budget. This will bring the conservation community together on day one of our fiscal development process. Please join us and make your voice heard.

SCC is also excited to offer up to $1,000 in reimbursement per district to attend in-person. Supervisors and staff are encouraged to attend. (See the details below).

Lodging
A block of 30 rooms has been held for attendees of this event at the Red Lion Hotel located in the same parking lot as the Convention Center at 607 E. Yakima Avenue, Yakima, WA 98901.
Reservations within the block are first-come, first-served.
Districts are responsible for covering their own lodging costs for their employees. Rooms are reserved at the per diem rate of $107/person/night. Please reserve your room under our group block using this reservation link, or by calling the hotel directly at (509) 248-5900 and reserving your room under the WA State Conservation Commission group block.
The last day to reserve rooms under this block is March 18.
What is available for reimbursement?
To be eligible to receive reimbursement for up to $1,000 in allowable travel expenses and districts staff time the following criteria is:
Travel, including mileage at $.67 per mile, Per Diem and Hotel (Yakima Per Diem: Room: $107 + taxes and fees. Meals: Breakfast: $14, Lunch: $17, Dinner: $28). The traveler must be in travel status during meal period to claim meal.
