We have great news! On December 14, 2021, the City Council adopted Title 21 - Sammamish Development Code (SDC) by Ordinance 2021-540, completing the Phase 2 Development Regulations Updates! The new regulations will go into effect on January 1, 2022, and can be found by visiting the Sammamish Development Code page on the City's website.
Please be patient with us as we transition to the SDC. We are working to update our permit applications and handouts to reflect the SDC’s new numbering system. We anticipate completing these updates by mid-January 2022. In the meantime, please refer to the Reverse Outline in the Resource Library on the Sammamish Development Code page and to locate any code sections that have been renumbered.
If you have questions about the Sammamish Development Code, please get in touch with Avril Baty, Current Planning and Permit Center Manager, at abaty@sammamish.us.
