REMINDER

Autopay Options Change on Jan. 2

Changes are Coming to Utility Billing Payment Options

Online autopay with an electronic check, credit card, or debit card will end on January 1, 2025. The City of Redmond can no longer support the option to accept recurring payments online because the cost has increased significantly in recent years.

There are other options to automatically pay utility bills

Customers using online autopay with electronic checks, credit cards, or debit cards should consider switching to direct debit autopay.

To sign up for direct debit from your checking or savings account, fill out this direct debit application (PDF) and return it to City of Redmond Utility Billing along with a voided check or an ACH letter from your bank.

Who can I talk to if I have more questions?

Please contact Redmond Utility Billing at 425-556-2152, or email questions to UtilityBilling@redmond.gov.
