Redmond Police Seek Public's Help Identifying Shoplift and Assault Suspects

REDMOND, WA - On Monday, July 15, at approximately 7:35 p.m., Redmond Police responded to a reported shoplift with an assault at a local liquor store in the 2100 block of 148th Ave. NE.

A store employee informed officers three female suspects in their late teens or early twenties entered the business and began loading bags with alcoholic beverages.

As they were leaving, one of the suspects forcefully pushed an 83-year-old female employee to the ground, and all three suspects fled the store. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects left with over $3,000 worth of merchandise. No weapons were observed or reported.

An outside agency arrested the suspect pictured in the pink crop top later that night on unrelated charges.

Police are asking the public for help identifying the other two suspects. Anyone with information should contact the Redmond Police Department at 425-556-2500.
