Stay Informed About Municipal Campus Parking Changes

As a reminder, with the opening of the Redmond Senior & Community Center this Friday, May 3, as well as to accommodate the needs of our community and ensure accessible parking for all, changes to Municipal Campus parking are effective May 3, 2024.

Visitors may park in three areas:

  • The surface lot next to the Redmond Senior & Community Center
  • The first floor of the Municipal Campus parking garage

Light the Night to Honor Fallen Firefighters

The Redmond Fire Department is gearing up to honor fallen firefighters nationwide during the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend by participating in “Light the Night.” On Saturday, May 4, from 8:00 - 8:15 p.m., the department will pay tribute to the nation's fallen firefighters with a display of flashing lights outside their stations.

Community members are invited to participate by swapping out an exterior light with a red bulb for the evening or by visiting their local fire station during the remembrance to observe the tribute. Stations responding to emergencies may not be able to participate, prioritizing their duty to protect and serve.
