Poetry Month

Celebrate Poetry Month

April is National Poetry Month, an opportunity to appreciate the importance of poetry and poets in society. During the month we encourage you to learn more about the legacy and ongoing achievement of American poets. In Redmond, we have a Poet Laureate program that produces a variety of opportunities for those who live here and visitors to build a more literate and understanding community through poetry.
