Enjoy Redmond Lights

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the 2023 Redmond Lights Kick-Off Event on Dec. 2. We love shining the light each year on the incredible talent, organizations, businesses, and community that call Redmond home. You can enjoy Redmond Lights through Jan. 3, with Downtown Park’s art and light installations on display every night from 5 – 11 p.m. Gather your friends or family to visit the park together, take a self-guided tour of the art, and drop into one of the many local businesses in the area to make a night of it.

Happy Holidays!

However you celebrate, we wish you and yours good health and cheer this holiday season. In observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays, city facilities will be closed Friday, Dec. 22, Monday, Dec. 25, and Monday, Jan. 1. Fire, Police, and other critical services will remain fully operational through the holidays.

Shop Local and Show Your Support

Celebrate the contributions small businesses make to our economy and community. During the bustle of holiday shopping, let’s shop small and support local brick-and-mortar businesses this season and all year long.

Share Your Design for a More Inclusive Redmond

While you're enjoying your family and friend gatherings during the holidays, consider having discussions about how you would envision changes to Redmond that would help ensure we have spaces and places that are inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Share your ideas on our Let's Connect idea board or pick up a postcard from City Hall (15670 NE 85th Street), the Redmond Library (15990 NE 85th Street), or other local businesses and draw, collage, or write your ideas and then mail the postcard back to us – postage is included.
