Prepare for Light Rail’s Arrival to the Eastside Next Year
Last week, Sound Transit’s Board approved the East Link Starter Line, which will connect the South Bellevue Station to the Redmond Technology Station in Overlake. This new transportation option is anticipated to open in spring 2024, increasing connectivity and creating dependable travel times between Redmond and Bellevue. The light rail connection to Downtown Redmond and across Lake Washington is scheduled to open in 2025.

Help Design Southeast Redmond Park
Join us for the Southeast Redmond Park Master Plan community meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 13. This is the first of three community meetings that will help shape the vision for the future Southeast Redmond Park. Attendees will learn about the steps to design the park and share feedback on what they want to see. Feedback received will help guide the design for this neighborhood park. The meeting will be held with the City of Redmond and Berger Partnership at Southeast Redmond Park (NE 67th Street).
