Farm program for teens

Farm Science After School Program

Middle school youth can participate in a farm science after school program at Farrel-McWhirter Park that features hands-on interaction with the farm animals, lessons in biological science, and exploration of the forests and fields in the park. Transportation is provided from Redmond Middle School to Farrel-McWhirter Park. Registration is open for the May session.

Felt art

Needle Felted Ball Class for Adults

Adults ages 18 and older can learn the craft of needle felting and create a piece of art from a wool dryer ball. The class begins at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, at Redmond City Hall. All materials are provided.
