Man Charged with Murder in 2019 Assault in Redmond

REDMOND, WA - A 46-year-old Bellevue man has been charged with murder after assaulting a man in 2019 and leaving him on a Redmond roadway.

Based on anonymous tips and thorough investigations, Redmond Detectives arrested Bradley Hibbard on Thursday, June 2 for murder in the second degree.

Detectives reported that on July 29, 2019, Hibbard assaulted Francis Gaspar, 38, of Seattle. He then left Gaspar on the roadway near the intersection of West Lake Sammamish Parkway NE and Leary Way in Redmond.
