This Interval Training class will increase aerobic capacity while building strength, muscular endurance, and power. Participants will work more muscle tissue with every workout and keep calories burning for hours longer than traditional training.

Partner Challenges

This challenge is for dynamic duos who think that together they can take on anything. Participants compete as two person team in physical challenges, as well as a mental challenge on how well they know each other. Teams are scored on how well they do and the highest scoring team will win a prize.

Outdoor Running Cross Training

Whether a seasoned or novice runner, proper hip strengthening and running form is essential to keep outdoor running enjoyable. In this class, the instructors will take a group through an outdoor warm-up, bodyweight, and banded exercises that specifically strengthen the most important muscles for running.

This activity challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best strength-building exercises, including squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Set to great music, this fun and full-body activity improves cardiovascular efficiency, burns fat, speeds up metabolism, and works towards building stronger and leaner muscles. All experience levels are welcome.
