This Interval Training class will increase aerobic capacity while building strength, muscular endurance, and power. Participants will work more muscle tissue with every workout and keep calories burning for hours longer than traditional training.

Celebrate Galentine's Day at Farrel-McWhirter! Spend a fantastic day making a heart garland in the cozy big red barn with friends and enjoy an authentic Park and Recreation experience. The hens will join us throughout the program. No roosters allowed!

Learn drawing and painting techniques while creating your own works of at. Media includes ink, watercolor, and tempera paint. Fun options will be presented for each project to create unique artwork. A different theme will be explored for each class - sign up for one or all sessions.

This activity challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best strength-building exercises, including squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Set to great music, this fun and full-body activity improves cardiovascular efficiency, burns fat, speeds up metabolism, and works towards longer and leaner muscles. All experience levels are welcome.
