Lung Cancer Awareness

Lung Cancer Awareness Month 

Mayor Birney proclaims November 2021 as Lung Cancer Awareness Month to support and encourage funding for research, education, and early detection of this disease through accessible screening. Learn more about the American Lung Associations’ LUNG FORCE initiative and help raise awareness for the fight against lung cancer. 

Study Zone

Resources for K-12 Students 

The King County Library System’s Study Zone Plus program provides free online support for K-12 students. Study Zone services are available in multiple languages and include one-on-one tutoring, reading support, and general homework help. Students can access the program by computer, tablet, or smartphone.
