Green Redmond Spring Native Plant Highlight
Osoberry (Oemleria cerasiformis) is one of the first native plants you will see leaf out for spring. Its small white flowers and green cylindrical leaves are an uplifting sight after many gray months. The flowers and berries are a tasty snack for pollinators, birds, and other wildlife. Keep an eye out for Osoberry on your next hike through a Redmond park!
