City Seeks Volunteers for Redmond 2050 Technical Advisory Committee

Redmond, WA – The City of Redmond is seeking candidates with a broad range of expertise and perspectives for the Redmond 2050 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
The committee will advise city staff and provide support for the development of regulations for the Redmond 2050 comprehensive plan update. TAC members will review options and alternatives to implement the identified vision, review drafts of design standards and analysis of impacts of the proposed regulations, and review and provide input on draft regulatory language.
The Technical Advisory Committee will meet monthly at a day and time still to be determined. All committee members are volunteers, and the majority must live or work in Redmond. Desirable qualities of a committee member include expertise in construction/development, architecture, transportation, housing, environmental science, sustainability, smart cities/technology, and/or business.
